Episode 28- Doing What You Love & Making A Living
Is there any guarantee that doing what we love will not only “pay the bills” but lead us into happiness and success? If we truly do work in which we find passion and meaning, will we always be satisfied with the amount of financial reward we can derive from such engagement?
First, words like “guarantee” and “always” are dangerous because they are hardly ever true. Nothing is ever that simple or black and white because there are many variables that come into play to create the ideal combination to lead one to bliss. For us to be able to tick off all our criteria for true happiness and financial success, lots of aspects need to come together.
So let’s talk about how we can increase our chances. What are the considerations that we need to add to our consideration of passionate work?
